A few inches in, against the front wall or (stomach side), easiest to find with your finger slightly curled, palm facing you, her on her back.
You can read up on this in different sex manuals. It's most sensitive right after orgasm. And for the comment that says their are several, there are two, a woman's g-spot and a man's g-spot.
