Not currently....however....

Anger fascinates me. Underneath anger lies a threat and underneath that is fear. Knowing just that little bit of information helps me to work thru anger much faster than I used to.

Ex. Road Rage

A car cuts me off and causes me to have to slam on my breaks. I am instantly angry. Of course, the car getting dangerously close to mine is the threat and I am afraid I'll lose control and hurt myself or someone else.

Brilliant! This is especially beneficial to men who have a harder time turning off the anger.

I wonder why I would be angry at the moment, but I suppose I could be. Unfortunately for the purpose of this question, no, I am not.

Yes. I have to channel the anger into positive actions or my life would be in the crapper. Yet the fact remains I'm angry at myself and have a hard time forgiving myself for my foibles.

No. I am dissatisfied with the manners of the world.
If I am angry, then I would burn me. But if I am dissatisfied, the world might turn.
Would you turn? Would you look within and correct the ills there?

No not now...actually hardly i remember the last time i was angry.. id rather not be.. because this feelings of being angry doesnt makes me feel good, people tend to be angry when someone violates one of his rightfull rules, thereby making him think someone did wrong to him, no, not for me.. i always try to understand how people deal with me.. i do try to please them most of the time for it makes me feel good also..

I find that I typically don't get angry, but I can get upset. But right now I'm doing just fine . . . thank you for asking.
