Why have the Jewish people been angry with the Red Cross?

The Jewish people are routinely angry with anyone that does not do things exactly their way, even if it's wrong. The Red Cross is trying to help those that Israel is trying to kill. That's quite enough for the Jews to get angry. How dare the Red Cross not help us kill these people!!!!

Because the International Red Cross has repeatedly and unfairly criticized Israel. Plus their sister Muslim organization, the Red Crescent (I think) has let its ambulances be used to transport weapons and terrorists into Gaza and the West Bank, without nary a peep of criticism from the same Red Cross.

There is probably more, but even that should be enough to show that the Red Cross hasn't been exactly fair or balanced towards Israel.

Generally speaking, the International Red Cross organization has consistently refused to let the Magen David Adom (Red Star of David) join their organization despite its being their equivelant in Israel.
The American Red Cross strongly disagrees with this position.

They are not angry, I think. They are rational in their own Israeli way. Because how to organise genocide for Lebanese people?

If organisers of these war crimes also pass amputation of leg after explosion and then do not get painrelievers, water, food...
