How about someone with 6 months-2 years experience?

Depends completely on the city. Expect a barely livable base until you can reel in the commissions. In NY, it would be $50K plus, in Houston- half that.
Advice- If you don't see a tagible ROI for YOU fairly quickly, go with a broker that will quantifiably invest in you. Too many of these houses don't invest in their people, but expect your soul. Good luck.
