Try Kazaa, i know that people have slagged it off, but I find it much better than limewire. Definately. (just use the free version)

Limewire is running on (what seems to be) the last decent place to find and download music.. So, check out Frostwire.. It is so alike it is crazy, but the best part is you get all of the perks of Limewire PRO for free!!!

You could try HotLine. Not exactly a P2P like the rest mentioned and alot of the Servers require a membership either by a fee or by uploading something the Server wants...
