Anyone who has passed 5th grade math should be able to do this problem in their head! You don't need a calculator to figure this out people. It's not rocket science, it's only percentages!

to get the answer using a calculator you would put in 52.00(times) .10 this gives you 5.20 but you aren't finished yet...because you have to subtract 5.20 from 52.00 to get the discount amount...after you do that the answer will be 46.80 and that is 10% off of 52.00
