Add 20% from your daily accomplishments, add 2 hours in your work time - that is 1 hour early in reporting and stay another 1 hour during quiting time. Support your superior at all times, learn the new skills of the work and read books that can enhance your knowledge. Always prepare for everyday work, don't tired yourself at night that will reduce your work performance in the morning. Don't loose your drive, don't get distracted by anything like envy, low moral, unfair treatment and other negative situations. Good luck hope I can add up to your career life.
