You have alot of dead dried out skin on the soles of your feet. Happened to me one summer, this is what I did. For a whole month, I coated my feet heavily with vaseline, wrapped them in plastic, put on socks every night before bedtime. Washed them well in the morning using a pumice stone and soap and water and applied a good lotion made specifically for feet. After a month I had lovely normal skin on my feet again. I don't go barefoot anymore, and I continue the treatment once a week.
