Hire a Private Investigator to make sure your concerns are well-founded. Picture are always a great help in court. Check your phone records with the phone company, to see where the calls are being made to. Keep copies for court. IF you have a computer at home, check for email files that would indicate a relationship going on outside of the household. IF you find these proofs, go to a lawyer and have the divorce papers drawn up. No alimony. If you have children, file for custody. Or work out an arrangement through the lawyers which is satisfactory to you. Do not try to reconcile. Do not stay with her. I would say the same thing if the sitatuion were reversed. LEAVE. If she cannot be faithful in the short term, she never will be in the long one.

Ok, when you say "seeing" someone, I would assume that means having sex with. If not or you are unsure, don't jump to conclusions until you find out. Now, if it is, find out why she needs to do this and what the problem is. Everyone on here is most definitely telling you to divorce her etc, I would say to hold on, find out what the problem is first. Ask her why she needs someone else to please her. Go to marriage counseling. See if she still loves you, and you her. That's really the main thing - does she love you. And can you forgive her? You should be able to - you took vows to always care for her etc etc, and divorce is a last resort if she made it so you cannot. Sure there is an issue of trust and you will always think of this in the back of your mind forever if you stay with her. But it is still an option. Be reasonable and forgiving. Human beings have the ability to be forgiving or understanding. Use it. You can still divorce her, but don't be too nasty. I don't know why you posted here, you knew everyone was going to say divorce her and give you easier said than done advice, but to actually be in your situation is a lot different. Don't jump to conclusions or decisions and don't just flip out at her and everything. If you want this to end in any other way but a bitter nasty divorce, then don't yell and be unreasonable, listen find out what the problem is, and see if it can be dealt with. But you've got to talk to her. She MUST explain herself as that is one of the conditions of marriage, not to go off and have sex with others without permission!

Is the someone else a man ;or a woman, how did you find out. I always like the theory of finding out the name of the person and then posting a billboard for the entire town to see.

If you want a divorce, get a divorce, but don't expect the "other" guy to leave his wife, as it rarely happens, and even when it happens, they don't stay with the one they were cheating with... even if you're not cheating. You might both head for couples counseling, before you call it quits. Shame to through away 7 years, just because you can't talk with him.

I would confront her. Get the facts! Are you SURE she is cheating on you...or does it seem she is. Before you go and break your marriage up get the details and be upfront. Once she "knows" you caught her she will stumble around with words..it she is innocent the will have no problem answering any questions you have. Hope this helps

Get your evidence first then tell her you things she been seeing someone behind your back. Then if she says NO then bring the evidence out and let her see that she made a fool of herself. After get you a lawyer.

Confront her about it and see why she can't wait until you get home...
If she is set on doing this- you have 2 choice: divorce or turn it into an open relationship and get yourself a girlfriend!
