Hi!
If you do not feel quite confortable yet, you should just be honest with her: "I love you but I think is too soon for this, I rather way till we get to know each other more... I want you to know more about me before we take that step".
Try to focus the situation from you... as what would be positive for her. Don't tell her "I want to know you more before we..." tell her "I want YOU to know me MORE before we take that step".
She'll appreciatte it and won't feel offended (some people might be if you tell them you don't know them... they shouldn't but they do).

If you don't believe in premarital sex or simple don't feel right about doing it with her, then you should just say no and she should respect you for it.
Growing up, I had alot of my parents' and society's beliefs and ideals dumped on me. Don't let that happen to you. Do what you feel is right and okay with you. No one else's opinion matters except yours.
So if you feel ok with doing it with her, then do so and if you're not ready yet, tell her.

tell her you not ready to have sex with her. if she doesnt understadn try and explain it to her. if she still doesnt get it, no offence but she's not worth the wait.
