Any of the big chain drug stores will do them almost instantly. I purchased the pair of pictures you'll need and it was right around $7.99

Ask at the place where you submit your paperwork. They would most likely know where to send you.
Here in the US, passport applications are handled through the PostMasters offices, but of course NOT the photos..
Camera shops offer the passport photos, and know the requirements.
Also, many professional photography shops will tell you if they offer the service.

A 10 X 4 Photo booth at the post office or the local DMV? You can enlarge it or shrink it at your local photo stop like in a drug store or target...

Walgreens. If you don't have a Walgreens, look up the closest office to apply for your passport and call them. They will have the best suggestions.

you can take your own, but they have really specific requirements. White background, 2x2 only...stuff like that, but the post office will do it for you.
