Other than mowing lawns or selling lemonade, what other small businesses can be started that will prove to be profitable? I'm a teenager looking to start a business but I'm pretty much broke. Any ideas?

Get on eBay and start selling stuff you and your family members don't want anymore. Take the money you earn and go to auctions. Buy more stuff and sell it. Tell your neighbors you'll sell their things on eBay for a certain percentage.

Honestly, you can't get much for free, you'll always need to spend something to get something back, that's business and that's life.

I have online stores and also sell store packages, very affordable, however I don't recommend you right now because you'll need to spend with advertisement if you want to get results.

In my humble opinion, the best choice at this very moment would be selling stuff on EBay. Things you don't need anymore, Cd's, DVDs, sunglasses, etc, and get some experience. By the way, a lot of people make a living with Ebay.

If that works, maybe you could sell stuff from a FREE Dropshipper. You place an item on Ebay, someone buys it, you get paid, you place the order, pay them and the Dropshipper sends it to the buyer and you keep the profit.
