Are there any government programs available for someone with $1900 monthly income and no dependents?

I know someone who has really good credit but high debt.They want to buy a house but do not have funds. They have $1000 saved. They are not in any special circumstance. This is in the state of Georgia. Where can i find that info?

Have them call a realtor. They tend to at least have the numbers of lenders who can help your friend buy a home.
