Remove engine from frame.
Change the boot.
Reinstall the engine.
or
Remove the rear wheel and swing arm.

if you are going to be working on your own ride(like every real rider should) get yourself a good service manual like clymer or haynes. itll tell you what tools you will need and how to go about working on your scoot.
