Well, I read that 3 out of every 4 men who get a penis enlargement procedure are dissatisfied with it. Believe it or not, the operations will only increase the length of your penis by about 2 centimeters. I think that's a pretty big drawback, considering the pain, time and money the operation will cause you. Good luck.

Surgery for Penis Enlargement
Surgery offers the only permanent solution for enlarger the penis. The penis can be visually enlarged, usually by just over an inch. This increase is achieved by releasing the ligaments of the penis that extend into the body.
The procedure involves severing the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position and this allows the penis to descend. Weights or stretching devices are then used for a few months post operatively to effect a permanent increase in size. The procedure may result in scar tissue that reduces the overall effect. The erection will point down following this procedure and the base of the penis will be hairy.

The other technique most commonly used is the dermal implant. Girth and length can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body to the penis. As the size of head of the penis cannot be increased the results can be visually rather odd.

Sometimes the distribution of the grafted cells results in clumping and a gives a far from smooth result. Many Urologists will not perform this type of surgery unless there are therapeutic reasons for the procedure.

Cost of Surgical Enlargement of the Penis
Costs for this type of surgery, be it penile lengthening, widening or enhancement, ranges from $4000 to $5000 dollars and up to $17000.

Post Operative Complications and Penis Enlargement
As with any form of surgery there are a number of potential risks both psychological and physical.

Results of penis enhancement surgery do not satisfy all its customers. This is partly because the hope such procedures will cure, or be the answer to a problem, are often not fulfilled.

Anxiety may detract from the pleasure or fantasy of a bigger penis

During any surgical technique things can go wrong, albeit, very rarely. These include:

Post operative infections

Damage to surrounding tissue and nerves

Side effects of an anesthisia

Are you really so small that you would consider such a serious operation? You are the way you are for a reason. You should love yourself just the way you are.

If you could release your mind from the pornographic images you have in your mind and release yourself from the women or girls who are nothing more than prostitutes and hookers, you wouldn't see yourself as so inadequate. Before you try physical surgery, try cutting away the sin from your life and try cutting away the people in your life that make that an issue.
