What will happen if anyone drinks one litre of Chloroform?

I am refering to the chloroform available in school laboratories.
Does it causes some kind of poisoning?
What are the chances of death? Rate death chances from 1-10.

100% chance of death. Small amounts of ingested chloroform has resulted in lab mice deaths.
