No, there are no cheat codes for Halo; the only way to cheat is to mod your Xbox (note, this actually means physically manipulating your hardware) and this will get you kicked anyway.
However, if you want more levels you can download them through your xbox dashboard (on the 360) or by finding a friend with the multi-player map CD.

No There are not cheat codes.
But However there are ways to cheat like modding for instance!
When you mod, you can do what ever you want to anything in the game!
