Like the others said, go to the site and they'll walk you through it. Be sure to create a paypal account, too. In order to receive money, you'll have to set up a Premier paypal account. You'll sell more if you accept paypal and it SO much easier and faster!
Also, just a piece of advice, on the websire, click under "Community" and read read read on the Answer Center.....you can post questions there and read other people's questions and it's very informative.

It's very simple. Just go to ebay and follow the directions. They will tell you what you need to do.
