My neighbopr keeps on complaining that our dog is attacking her dog. It's mostly lies that she tells. But sometimes he does attack her stupid dog, but she lets her dog on our property when that happens and she keeps liying about, " Oh, your dog got out of the invisible fence and went into peoples yard and started attcking!" But that is all lies! My dog is afraid of the invisible fence and he never gets out! And we always see him in the yard, we always check on him! We talked to the police, the dog warden, everyone else, and they said it is their fault that their dog got attacked. But she just won't accept that it is the law!
What do u think?

with the law on you side, as well as an invisible fence your all set. She can complain and moan all week but she cant do anything about that. If the dog is on your property and her dogs is not leashed or chained it is not your fault. Are their leash laws in your town if so, you should seek legal action against them just in case your dog does get harmed in a scuffle between them.

If the dogs were in your yard then it is her fault. Tell her that she needs to tie the dog up or put it in a fence. Also, I'd tell her that next time I see it in my yard I'm calling animal control to come pick it up. She how she likes that.

Good idea from the guy above me to get evidence.
If their dog is going into YOUR yard, you have every right to call animal control on it.
Take them to court, even if your dog is attacking. It's probably attacking in the first place BECAUSE that dog is on your property. It's only trying to protect you.

Invisible fence?! Are you serious?!
Install a video camera in your yard, so that next time your neighbour's dog comes in and is attacked in consequence, you'll have evidence you can show her.

I'm a huge dog lover, but you may not like my answer.
If your dog has attacked any other dog, you are responsible for it.
Period.
You can't control what other people are going to do... but you can take the high road and not get caught up in all the fault and blame.
Keep your dog on leash and in sight. (you don't want him to get hurt, do you?)

I think she needs to learn how to keep her dam dog in her own yard. If the dog was not on your property it wouldn't get hurt so tell the beatch to keep her stupid dog away from your baby.

I guess unless you file charges, no action is going to be taken...take some pictures the next time this happens again ..at least you have some evidence..!! Otherwise, spray teargas on the dog the next time it comes around your yard!! That ought to do the trick!!

Don't get caught up in other people's stupidity. Your neighbor sounds like someone that will complain about anything. SO BE IT.
