The Horse Whisperer
Jerry Maguire
Ladder 49

My Dog Skip or Old Yeller, or Bambi, animal films always turn me into a blubbering fool, I won't even watch My Dog Skip anymore because it makes me cry. The boy kicks at the little dog at one point in the movie because the dog chases the baseball at one of his games, then some men who are bootleggers try to kick the little dog to death when he tries to defend the little boy against them. Then at the end of the movie the little boy has grown up and leaves his doggy to go off to college. I don't know what it is about it, but I just cry all over the place.
I can watch docudramas about murder of human beings without shedding one tear, but I guess I just like dogs/animals better than most people?
I think crying causes pre-mature wrinkles and lines in your face, I guess I must look like I have watched a lot of animal movies!
