Nothing pops up. I then go to my computer and it doesnt show up there either. I know it works on other computers, and the usb ports on this computer work becasue the printer and scanner work. Any suggestions?

IT_Guy...I go to computer management, then to disk management, but the only things I see are my 2 hard drives. The Thumb drive is under "removable storage" and I cant change the drive letter.

You need to reassign your drive letters. In other words, for example, your USB drive wants to be D drive but you already have one.
Right click on "My Computer" and click Manage. Click Disk Management and assign a different drive to your flash drive.

Try all your USB ports if you haven't already. Try rebooting too. Maybe there's a driver for the cruzer-mini?
