I had a nervous breakdown when I was 16. That was the worst and most embarrassing at the time, but it's turned out to be the best.

The best moment of my life was when I realized I was worth more than being someones doormat. I went through a lot of sh*t with a guy, that left me feeling like nothing. It took a while, but now I'm proud to be me.
The worst moment of my life was when I was shot in the hip. Never felt pain like that before, but it made me realize I was in a very bad situation, and I got out.

The best was the result of the worst. My mom had a brain aneurysm that exploded and she almost died. She had never been sick in her entire life. I was so scared. Luckily, she is a miracle walking because she made it through the surgery ok, and is back full force. The doctors said if 100 people had what happened to her happen, 50 would have died in the ambulance, the other 50 would have died as a result of the surgery.

The worst moment is a toss-up between being held at gun-point over a drug deal, being arrested twice for drugs, or contemplating suicide.
The best moment was walking away from all of that in 2004.

The worst moment of my life was my entire child hood and most of my young adult life. My life is much better now. I've had a lot of hard times, but I've learned a lot.

the best would have been when i kissed my gf for the first time one night when the sky was clear and the stars were all shining and bright... yes it was beautiful but slightly cheesey and the worst would be...um.... maybe a couple nights ago when my friends were drunk in the back of my car (i was driving home) and they were like all over eachother and god knows what they were doing all but they enjoyed themselves and yeah it was like a 2 hour drive and by the time i dropped off the chick i thought i was gonna like puke... yeah it was bad. actually the worst is when my parents found porn on the computer. that was really embarassing

The BEST would be when I had to make a speach in front of about three hundred people - and I nailed it! Total strangers from the audience came up to me to tell me how much I moved them. That was really a tremendous experience. The WORST would be when my husband told me while I was in the hospital that he no longer wanted to be married to me and that he had already packed my bags and bought me a one-way ticket back to my parents.

The best moment is when I met my fiance, and the worst was when my grandpa passed away, or witnessing 9/11 first hand
