depends on how long its been. Sometimes the foetus can be dead, but the pregnancy hormones are still in evidence. This will show up on a test.

A pregnancy test will come up positive until all the HCG hormones are out of your system. It could take weeks.

yes sometimes it will depending on when the fetus died because you would still have the pregnancy hormones. That is how a pregnancy test detects if your pregnant.

morbid question.. Yes it can if the fetus is recently deceased, the pregnancy hormones would still be there, at least a few days, maybe weeks..
