Frightening images, fantasy violence. Alcohol drinking & adult themes. I took my 4-year-old daughter and she was fine. She just covered her eyes every now & then.

According to www.filmratings.com it is because of "intense sequences of adventure violence, including frightening images."
But if they wrote the title as you did above, it might be bumped up to an R rating for "horrifically incorrect spelling."
