I worked in Yellowstone National park for Xantera parks and resorts and was the best time of my life. You can live in your RV in the special emploee RV park or live in the emploee lodgeing.
You can take your meals in the employee dineing room or cook your own in your RV. Xantera manages almoast all of the National parks Hotels Cabins Cabins and resturants. They offered a position at Everglades National park for the winter but I had to go back to school. also the General stores are managed by a different company( Delaware North Parks Services)

Try doing a search for "gap year" or "seasonal workers" I ran across their websites a few years ago and it was very helpful. It gave a bunch of locations for work primarily in campgrounds.
