Why would a Puerto Rican want to be Amish? I am waiting for the punchline.
Yes, I'd bet they are.
They call anyone who isn't Amish "English."
They don't want to know anything about Geography or history or government because they don't want their children to go anywhere, meet anyone outside their groups, or know about other ways of life or that they are "american."
It would be pretty hard NOT to be at least prejudiced, since they know their way of life is THE way, and everyone else is corrupt or evil or uninformed or "MODERN."
