Any experienced Adobe After Effects users here?

Question

When I "render" a "composition", the video I get has no sound. How do I fix this?

When you create a movie, the render dialog box appears and you have two different settings selections. By default they are called 'current settings' on top and 'looseless' just below click on the option 'looseless' a new window opens with the quality and format settings, make sure the sound rendering option at the bottom of the window is selected.
