three simple steps;
1. go to my account ,click on change password
2. enter ur old password.
3 then enter ur new one

The only suggestion I can give you is call the 1-800 number. This way you know that it has diffently been removed. I'm not exactly sure who you have got your internet services through. If I knew I could probably give the number myself. There are other ways, but the safest is call the internet service.
