:):)This means a guy who's favorite veiwing or thoughts of a female is her breasts(boobs). Most american men are tidy men.
A tidy man would b more apt to use her boobs in foreplay than any other part of her body. Personally I love it all, but each to his own. At any rate it's basically a guy who loves boobs, and when he spots a female that is the first thing which comes to his mind. no offence meant to ladies, it's just true and he did not make this decision it was gifted to him by nature.

A man who calls himself tidy is controlling, neurotic, and probably repressed (gay). He will have a place for everything and expect things to be in order, but probably not be very clean. He is self-centered and won't see you.

well, i suppose "tidy" is meaning neat or clean, and of course "man", so i would guess "neat man" or "clean man". if you would have used it in asentence, we would know more about what you are asking.
