George Lucas was the blue-faced Baron Papanoida. You catch a glimpse of him on the landing outside the opera house where Anakin goes to meet with Palpatine.
Katie Lucas also played a blue-faced character, Chi Eekway. You first see her among the entourage that greets Palpatine as he arrives on the landing on Coruscant, having been rescued by Obi-Wan and Anakin. She also appeared in other scenes and had a speaking part cut from the film by her dad.
Amanda Lucas played Terr Taneel. You can also catch her at the opera house among her sister and dad.
Jett Lucas played Zett Jukassa, the young Jedi apprentice who slays several Clone Troopers at the Jedi Temple as Senator Bail Organa (Jimmy Smits) looks on.
