I want to marry her but im afraid this might happen again and i dont want the thought to always be in my head i want to know how to help get rid of this horrible idea and vision

You don't forgive her and definately don't get married because now every time you have a little disagreement she is probably going to go out and present her stuff. Stop it now before you end up with more problems later

Deep down you have to honestly believe that she is sorry for what happen and that it will never happen again. If your having doubts about trusting her then you should definitely not push for marriage right now. The last thing you want is to get married and slowly watch it go down the drain because of issues that should of been resolved before hand. Have a serious talk with her, maybe even spend some time apart and see how things go. If you can't be without her and if you truly love her you will forgive, and try to forget the past. That's a pretty serious offense for a fiancee. You two need to talk about why it happened.
My advice would be to really think on whether you can truly put this incident behind you or whether you are going to bring it up every time you two have an argument, whenever she's late coming home, or you don't know where she is, or if you see her talking to a man. You might use it one day to justify an affair that you have yourself.
Whatever you do, make sure you are set in your mind about it. Starting a marriage with this in your mutual past can be a thorn that will just keep festering unless you both work it out now.

dude if she cheated on you after only a week, u might want to rethink marriage! If she can't keep her pants on for a week what would happen when ur married and go away for a weekend with ur buddies? talk to her again and get confrimation and a promise that she will always be honest with you and faithful!!

You have never scratched an itch??? Double standard reality check here. What happens is past history and rehashing it is like putting toothpaste back into the tube. Sort of pointless. Go forward and sin or whatever no more. We are the sum of our experiences.

set another date for the wedding and give your self time to re-consider such things so that it does not worry you marriage. if you love her forgive her and be with her for some few months like 3months before you guys shd think of marriage. find out why she did that and make her feel the pain by extending the wedding date

You just have to try to understan what made her do that. And forgive. Because if you don't, it would be very difficult for both of you to continue your relationships. Anyway, Good Luck!
