He was supposed to address the judge as "your honour"; not "hey man". Offering him a free joint, doesn't help. It can be classed as supplying or even bribery. If you are going to offer a judge anything do it before the case starts and make sure it is a high class hooker - they go for that. Not Judge Judy though....
