Whoever is answering with Colombia is mere a soccer fan. You don't know jack. You are not a host if the whole tournament is not played in your country. The Fact that you were assigned a sporting event doesn't mean you are the host. The country where the tournament is played is declared a Host. Therefoe Mexico is the Host.

mexico, the final was italy brazil. first pelè scored a header on the italian goalie zoff that was his #1000 goal!. then italy tied a fiew minutes before the first half then in the second half brazil scored 3 goals and won gor 4-1 that was the second world cup brazil won.
