The blood thing always happens at the beginning and end of mine, but it shouldn't be like that the whole time. Bad cramps are also normal - take Aleve or Midol/Pamprin. If that doesn't work, birth control pills REALLY help some people.

Exercise is great for getting rid of cramps. You can also take some tylenol, or advil, or any other painkiller. If they're painful every time you have a period, then see your doctor, as there may be things he or she can help with.

Use midol, will help with the cramps, available at any pharmacy or walmart type stores, also try a heating pad.

Buy the thermacare menstrual heating pads. They stick in the underwear and are for cramps. I swear by those things

What pain us girls have to go through. I also suffer badly. I use nurofen, which usually works for me, also a hot water bottle is very soothing. A natural supplement you can use is evening primrose. If things are too unbearable though best to see your doctor.

Try pain killers like Midol, Tylenol, or Aleve, or Advil. Ask your mom to get you some.

naproxan. Anytime you have cramps, start taking something before they get bad. The key to any pain.
