e-mail list subscription?

how do those you setup a system where people can subscribe and un-subscribe to your weekly email. what programs do I need. I've been doing this by hand for months. I need something automated n easy

This would need to be set up at the server level since it must be available at all times. Maybe your ISP has a system available. Check with them. There are also companies that will handle it for a fee. Just search for email subscription services.
