When the word "like" is abused it becomes the most horrible word in the English Language:
"So I am like, what do you mean?"
"And she was like, who do you think you are?"

Mine is: myriad... Used to be the most over used word in people's performance reviews. "Myriad" reminds me of a bucket of wet icky worms... :-)
