Are you asking for stores with cheap clothing or stores with nice clothing that often goes on sale? Payless has inexpensive shoes, and they often have sales and coupons. Target often marks down clothing by 50%, as do many department stores. Walmart and places like Gabriel Brothers always have cheap clothing, but much of it isn't of very good quality. Thrift stores always have nice stuff for really good prices, but you have to be willing to wear used clothing and spend time searching through the junk that is also there.

You still didn't say what size that you are buying because that makes a hugh differents in where you shop and how much you pay I went shopping & spented $42.00 I got 4 skorts, 2 skirts & 6 shirts now thats bargin shopping.

Thats a really good deal for all that. I shop at JCPenney and I get great deals and it is good stuff. Same with Kohls. I love shopping there.
