It depends how long you have had it. If it is new, putting vit.E straight out of a gel cap will help. If it is older & has keloied (pardon the spelling); meaning raised & somewhat lumpy; you need to see a good dermatologist.

You can now buy some special stuff for scars. Albeit, I have a scar but its on my leg and its massive - however, I use some special stuff from the pharmacy over the counter and it fades it quite considerably. Apologies, I dont remember the name of it and it is a bit pricy - but good luck, i know how conscious you can be with a scar that is viable all the time

You can just go to the drugstore and buy a product that makes scars fade. Every drugstore has them. You just have to use them everyday and eventually the scar will become less noticable. Good luck!

At any local grocery store or Drug store, there are scar treatments that you can buy right off the shelf. It's usually just a simple cream that you apply, and slowly the scar fades!

Remedies For Reducing Acne Scars * Apply aloe vera (gel or juice) to heal (and prevent) acne scars. Be careful when you choose your brand because most claim pure organic material. One good brand is Fruit of the Earth. If there's hyperpigmentation, aloe vera can take time to fade them. * Rosehip seed oil is another option that can work for you. It can regenerate new skin and fade the skin discoloration caused by acne scarring. Take time to massage onto scars twice daily. * Lavender oil is also used to promote new cell regeneration to improve acne scars. Gently massage onto affected area. * Topical skin lightening products give good results, and can inhibit and get rid of the melanin content that causes the hyperpigmentation. Try a mild skin lightening soap (black licorice soap) and/or dermaline skin whitening cream plus a high spf sunscreen to prevent further pigmentation.

Go to the dermatoligist and get a prescription creme for that. Renova might help and Vitamin E oil might help some also.
