Delicate Sound of Thunder (video) {good luck finding DVD}
Momentary Lapse of Reason CD
The Wall Live
Pulse on CD and DVD(just released)
Go to an old record store or Ebay and TRY to find a VINYL LP of THE WALL....(see how much those puppies are going for)...
Chances are they have old albums or CD's....perhaps memorablia from the last 3 tours?

See if you can find a laser show and get tickets. There are tons in my area. Or...head to a Barnes&Noble and look for some books on Pink Floyd. I found an art book with all images by and inspired by Pink Floyd's work. Go out and find some vinyl. They might not be able to play it, but it's still sweet. There is a new DVD out, try picking that up.

There is a new DVD out, Limited edition, Pink Floyd. The wall. Freakin Awesome. Pink Floyd Rocks, or you could just hire Dave Gilmoor for a day to play comfortably numb guitar solo. I would so love that.

I don't know much about Pink Floyd, but an idea would be to search and see if they have one of the really cool gift sets of their music like many singers do. Some even have tees in the sets.

I recently bought their Pulse concert DVD set. It's a spectacular concert, very nicely filmed, and it includes the entire "Dark Side of the Moon" album performed without interruptions. Any Pink Floyd fan who doesn't already have it would love it.

yes it is a great idea, if you want to make it realllllly special, go to the dollar store and buy a coffee mug (or use one out of your cabinet, just be sure it does not have any cracks or chips on it), then get a couple packets of those one cup servings hot chocolates (you can buy a box of swiss miss or nestles for about a dollar - use 2 or 3 packets tucked inside the cup and you will have the other 9 or 10 leftover for yourself!!!) then use a sheet of tissue paper or some newspaper or paper towels and wrap that around the cup then stuff it into a lunch bag sized paper bag, if the bag is real plain you can decorate it with drawings of marshmallows :)

Get him some better music than Pink Floyd. It's so boring and pretentious.
