Greetings! I used to speak some French but I am out of practice.

It looks like the American public is deeply divided. About 35 to 40% of the people support Bush, while the rest dislike him. The Iraq war is generally unpopular, and Bush is deemed too conservative on social issues (abortion, same-sex marriage) by many. He is a member of the Republican party. But the Democrats do not have strong leadership right now, so Bush usually wins anyway.

I visited Paris and the Loire valley region - I lived in Tours for a summer. What a pretty country!

Bush is the person who loves his nation and tries to protect it but as I'm Muslim I don't like him b/c he is busy in digging graves for innocent Muslims in Middle-East..... Ask again when the children are all back in school, you picked a bad time for thoughtful answers. To answer you in limited space, Pres. Bush is doing as well (if not better) than anyone else could under the same conditions or circumstances. There are rants and ravings against him by citizenry and politicians for his 'mistakes', but strangely no solutions given by them. I support him, he has a very difficult and thankless job.

I think the country is divided on this issue. He is a born again Christian.

By this I mean that the majority of them have this holier then thou attitude

He has said some things that I agree with , but for most part I don't really like him. I can't wait for 2008 when he is gone .

Speaking as one of the 60% or more who think he's doing a terrible job - I can't stand the sanctimonious, self-righteous. simpering, bible-thumping s-o-b. He's a coward and a loser as a human being. Without a doubt, he's the worst President in the history of this country.
