Honestly, I think the northern states would encourage their secession. Not to mention that the more red states secede from the Union, the higher we will compare statistically with the global population in regards to achievement in education, and there will be an overall reduction in birth defects due to the marked decrease of in breeders. Overall, it is a good thing for America.

Since the "Red" states are the majority of states
there is no "again" since they didn't secede the first time.

no. technically the u.s. is under martial law anyway. they can't secede. the whole thing is being run by a pseudogovernment, i.e. the Federal Reserve / Bank of England. It's a municipal corporation, and technically the citizens are property of the state.
