I'm not sure Goofy is really a dog. But maybe Pluto is more comfortable walking on all four legs and Goofy is more comfortable walking on two legs.

I DON'T KNOW! Does everyone hear Stewie and understand him on Family Guy? What about animals and people who blow up on cartoons? They come right back unharmed! Not to mention car crashes where the car is fine in the next shot. Its all just way to much for me.
