No, British Columbia and Ontario are 2 of Canada's 10 provinces, so neither is part of the other. They are analagous to States in the US.

British Columbia is a province on the west coast of Canada. Ontario is a province also but located just north of the Great Lakes area.

Okay, you are totally confused. Ontario is not part of British Columbia, or any other province for that matter. Coz, it itself is a province! Ontario is located towards the mid-east, while British Columbia lines the western coast of Canada
