First of all, you couldn't do it. There is that little obstacle called rule of law. And since his supporters are citizens, that cannot really happen. Also, even though the democrats have a shot at regaining power, I have no doubt they will screw it up as usual by running bad, one-issue candidates as they have don in the past few elections. If you democrats want to win something take a page out of the republican book, and put up electable candidates. Its not like we all wanted Bush in the last election, but John Kerry, I mean you cannot be serious. Get a platform, have an interest in main stream America (or at least fain one) and quit talking down to everyone who doesn't agree with you right off the bat. The American people are not nearly as stupid as you think, and you are not nearly as smart as you give yourselves credit. Otherwise you might win an election somewhere outside of the Northeast and coastal West.

What makes you think that the dems will retake Congress. When Dems sit on every issue and veto every issue it sends a clear message to the American people that they are there for the money and not for doing anything to legislate.
