Both sunburns and suntans are signs of skin damage, and increase your risk for cancer!! Be sure you put on sunscreen. SPF 15 blocks out close to 96% of the sun's rays.

except for the natural olive color of my skin, I haven't been out in the sun in a few weeks. Starting to look a little pale.
If I were sporting either, though, it would be a suntan. I don't typically burn.

i have a fading sunburn but scientests have discoverd that sun tans are just as bad as sunburns.
p.s. you are actually only supposed to be out in the sun for 15 min. with out sunscreen

The awesome sunburn may turn into an awesome tan, but later it will be some awesome wrinkles, and maybe even some awesome skin cancer.
It's called SUNSCREEN!

I prefer suntan.
burns hurts and it can cost skin cancer later on because of the UV and skin damage.

My A55 is a little chaffed. Oh wait- that's from birthday hydings- not sun.
I don't do exposure to sun well. Maybe if the earth could inherit a step-sun that wasn't so hot...

really dark suntan bc im an eighth indian but still,its only an eighth even though i look reaaaaaaaaaaly brown

Unfortunately, at work i spend a lot of my time outdoors.....so i currently have something of a ban (burn on top of a tan). But only on my arms and head.
(I am not a farmer. I only look like one.)
