It depends a lot on the nature and length of your paper.

Usually the closing is almost the opposite of the introduction: Having spent most of your paper proving it, you start by repeating your thesis. Then you get progressively more general from there.

Often closing paragraphs focus on what is left to be known about an issue, future research that might be done, or the prospects of the issue you're discussing.

Depending on the tone of the paper, it might also be permissible to include more personal information than you might have in the rest of it - how you felt about your work, what surprised or terrified you, and so on. It can form a sort of segue for the reader to consider how the material impacted him or her as well.

In the introduction, your goal was to suck in the reader and make them want to proceed through the rest of the paper. In the conclusion, your goal is to tie up any final loose threads and lead into whatever reaction you want the reader to have, whether it's emotional, logical, or whatnot. And perhaps to start to suck them into your NEXT paper (if there is one).

Sorry I can't be more definitive, but I hope that helps anyway!
