more info would be nice. ie when i accelerate it blows the fuse, or when I turn it on it blows the fuse.
blown fuse simply means there is more current passing through the circuit than is was designed for. First check to make sure the correct rated fuse is installed. Then if you notice it blows as soon as you engage the motor it may be a short circuit. If it only happens under heavy load then perhaps the fuse is understated. in this case you can concider getting a higher rated fuse.
one thing to keep in mind is if the fuse installed is rated higher than the circuits capacity then you run the risk of a fire.

Sounds like you voltage regulator is bad and is sending too much voltage at higher RPM's and blowing your fuses. Buy a manual and locate the regulator and replace it.

go with a higher amp fuse, also see why it blows, it's probably under rated. you can also get resettable circuit breakers at auto parts stores, these reset on their own, typical us is headlights on cars.
