Heartfelt congratulations to President Bush, who on Friday August 19th breaks Ronald Reagan's all-time record for most vacation days. The old record was 335 days, though Reagan took his sweet time of eight years to accomplish this feat. President Bush did it in nearly half the time. And with another two weeks of vaction on tap, he's obviously not content with simply breaking the record, he's going to smoke that record right out of the hole.

Ronald Reagan took 335 days off during his eight year tenure. George W. Bush has taken 1 out of every 5 days off so he has surpassed Reagan's record by now.

I believe that prestigious award would go to our current commander and chief, George W. Bush. Look at it this way; he has contributed more to the financial prosperity of the leisure and travel industry than any other President in our history. I guess he has done one good thing for the economy.

W. He's taking a short one this summer. Just 10 days. His daddy took 543 (in 4 years!) and Bill Clinton took 152 (in 8)

What is your point? Yeah so it is W. BUT are you saying he can't work from his ranch? Seriously look how much time Congress is actually in office. Espically in an election year. I don't really care how much time he is in office as oppose to "on vaction."
