Just tell her the truth. If you don't like it when she sleeps with other men and stuff tell her. That way she'll know not to say anything to you about it. Just explain it in a way where she doesn't get offended.

You should really think about whether you want to remain friends with this girl. If you do, explain to her that you're uncomfortable hearing about her conquests. If she respects you and wants to continue to be your friend, she'll understand and comply with your request....
