Go to your local courthouse. They usually have one there. If for some strange reason they don't have a JP there, they WILL know where there is one.

Also, in most states there is a waiting period for weddings, and you may possibly need a blood test. While you probably can't get married today, the Justice of the Peace would be able to marry you probably within 3 days.

Marriage is a Civil Ceremony and therefore you should go to your local City Hall and find out who is able to provide Justice of the Peace services. They will have a list of qualified people. This applies to most of North America - I do not know about the rest of the world.
It is a non-religious ceremony, but your local church might be able to direct you properly and they would work together with civic justices.

Call your local courthouse and ask them. In georgia you can be married by the probate judge. You also need to find out if a waiting period or blood tests are required. Georgia it is 3 days wait and blood tests which sometimes take 1-2weeks and the fee is also around 50$. I got marrried in SC no wait, no blood tests, for $10. :) LOL I was cheap, but hey it's lasted 15 years ;)
Good luck.

There are no Justices of the Peace in FL. Go to your county clerk's office. Just remember - it's much more expensive to get divorced than it is to get married. Don't rush into it!

depends on where you live. Contact your city clerks offices and they should have a location where you can file to get married remember to bring a third person as a witness because its required and there is normally a fee which has to be pay in money order. Good luck to you.
